This may sound trivial but when youre a tea drinker its a big deal. The hotel provided no spoons. I had to use a plastic one from 7/11. No big deal but it would be a nice touch as they already provide a kettle, a cup etc

Very disappointed with the service. The receptionist boy had a very bad attitude and behaved very rudely during our stay. The swimming pool staff boy was also very unprofessional and disrespectful. We stayed here and expected good customer service, but instead we experienced very bad behavior from the staff. The receptionist’s attitude was unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome. This was one of the worst service experiences we have had. Management should seriously improve staff behavior and customer handling.

Bed beds and rooms not clean Beds are just springs. No comfort at all

facilty has 2 pools. One pool I was told opened at 8am, however when I arrived at pool, I was told it opened at 9am. The other secondary pool never was opened for guests with no signage or reason why it was closed. Was given no room tour by bellboy or shown room features.

Breakfast was good and the wait staff were very welcoming. Reception staff could use some improvement. Hotel is very dated.

The location was good to travel by taxi around Pattaya. The staff were friendly. The room was not clean. Shower still had hair in it when I arrived which I had to wash away. The toilet seat lid was broken and could not be used. Both the bedsheets and the pillow were dirty and stained. The walls were dirty. The bathroom ceiling was moldy. I ordered online a double bed, when I arrived this was obviously not prepared and I found two single beds pushed together in the room. One of the mattresses springs had collapsed so we squeezed into one side of the bed. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this was definitely on the lower end for cleanliness inside the room, and pretty disappointing.
