It was very clean and comfortable , the room and balcony spacious. The staff had already switched on the AC , that was a great touch as it was an extremely hot day. No swimming pool and no transport arrangements from the ferry pier to the b&b

Room is spacious with lots of storage and places to hang stuff. The bathroom is spacious too The area is very busy with so many cars and bikes jamming up the road making it hard to walk through

Very noisy to 4am. Rock band. Can't sleep .

Big room and big bathroom in a central Pataya location. The room was noisy due to loud music. When i woke up the next day, there was no water till check-out! With 30 degrees, it was not a nice experience.

great location close to market and amenities , baht bus route and lots of bars / restaurants nearby. can be a bit noisy at night with local bars playing loud music and karaoke.

It was my second time stay in this hotel. Last time the check in process was easier. I should say their service detoriated. There was no soap in the shower room. Room was clean, but last time it was cleaner.

very friendly staff good food to order from the kitchen. ideal location close to centre of pattya could put double glazing in roadside rooms to cut down noise from other bars and traffic.

They forgot about our booking, so the room wasn't cleaned and ready even though we arrived 3 hours after the check in time. The towels were clean, but I didn't like the smell of the bedsheets. Also, there's mold in the corners of the room and in the bathroom, too.
