If you're planning to stay in Pattaya, I highly recommend this hotel — you won’t regret it! They offer a wonderful breakfast selection, and the staff are absolutely nice and professional.

The staff was no friendly, they don't even say good morning many times. The hotel is NOT PRIVATE POOL, this is a big lies. There is one big pool shared with all the rooms!!!!! Absolutely disappointed ?

The hotel is in excellent condition. Everything is clean and well-maintained, with nothing falling apart. The room, pool, reception, and the entire area are a pleasure to look at. The only thing I can criticize is the Wi-Fi. The routers are quite old and weak, causing the signal to occasionally drop or web pages and content to load very slowly. Replacing the routers with more modern ones would make the internet much more stable and faster.

The pools around the rooms are fantastic and a great bar to swim up to. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely and spacious and a good sized bathroom. The air con was rather noisy and there are a couple of small step downs into the bathroom which you don't see easily and can either miss and judder yourself stepping down or trip on the way out. The restaurant at night does not sell alcohol which was weird. we had to go down the road for a drink at their sister hotel but that was distinctly average at best.

The staff were amazing Rooms old and dated. Every thing in the room was so Low down. When you are 6’4 it gets a little frustrating.

Everything is superlative. Being the last day of vacation, I was left with 4000 baht (no one changes it into euros)

Large rooms with direct access to the pool. Great pool bar in main pool. Very good fitness centre in neighbouring sister hotel. Staff is super hospitable, especially Preecha went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. No motorbike rental near by.

The villas are very beautiful with the added plus of direct access to the pool from them. The floating breakfast was definitely another highlight. Additionally you have 24/7 room service. We choose this venue because of the wheelchair accessiblllity, unfortunately the only places which are accessible are the reception area and one path to the villa. If we had not had a plastic stepladder with us, I would not have been able to get in or out of the pools. The stepladders attached to the pools are not accessible if you have a walking disability. There is an under water table next to the villa which a normal person can use to access the pool, but this is not possible for someone who is slightly disabled.
