The hotel is not located in the center, however it was not a big deal since you can use grab. Staff are not really welcoming compared to other hotels in Thailand.

Exceptional staff at check in/bell boy/housekeep and breakfast, Big room in very nice design, very comfortable bed, all clean, breakfast spread nice and freshly made eggs cooked to perfection. Nice pool, Ample parking available. 7-11 just across the street. We will come back for sure. Damp smell when exiting from elevator on 4th floor- should clean carpet or install air fresheners. Apart from that nothing to mention.

The drain cover under the sink is faulty — water only drains if I manually pull it out.

The staff at both the reception and breakfast were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, making for a very comfortable stay. The daily breakfast offered a great variety of options that changed every morning. Location-wise, it’s very convenient—there’s a 7-11 nearby, and it’s an easy walk to Terminal 21 and Central Marina. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pattaya!

The staff was welcoming. They offered us welcome drink. First and foremost, the breakfast was not Muslims friendly at all. There were variety of pork dishes. Plus, there was lack of availability of English breakfast tea in breakfast buffet, which is a worldwide drink.

Everything was exceptional! Friendly and very welcoming staff, great facilities, our room smells fresh, super comfy pillow and bed, every corner was clean, tidy and smells nice even the gym area. They also have a small playroom on second floor. The buffet breakfast was to die for,so make sure not to miss. There is also an 7-11 right beside the hotel entrance. Nothing at all.
