the pool is superb and the exterior looks amazing- resort like experience. the room is slightly on the smaller side. bathroom is okay though the flush had some issues. we didnt need much staff support as everything was already provided. i only wish the prices were slightly lower. the breakfast spread was good. price is slightly higher for the room.

The pool was amazing and very beautiful. Walking distance to Terminal 21 & Big C Marina. The room I had at first was not great. I think they are renovating some of the rooms. But the manager really hooked a sister up & changed me to an amazing room that was very comfortable. They didn’t hesitate to fix any problems I had & were super accommodating. The breakfast was really good and they have unlimited coffee and tea at the coffee bar. Pattaya is super stretched out so if you plan on going to any of the water parks or the gardens. This might not be the place for you. It took almost an hour in a grab to get to the gardens and water parks.

The facilities in the room was not acceptable e.g. the Aircon was not cold and the room light was dim even after the technician came to fix.

For the price you pay one expects to be able to have lunch and eat as they wish. It is so outdated and worn out. My girlfriend not a hooker met me there because she went to visit her mom in Chang Mai. She called me told her to wait down stairs so I can help her with her bags. Met her down stairs and right away I knew something was wrong. I kept asking her. She finally let me know that as soon as we spoke and she waited for me, this not so feminine front desk lady ask if she was a hooker waiting for her appointment. This was the first and last time I ever go to any one of your LK hotels. Classless and very rude. I waited until the next morning and let the lady in the front know what happened. She said I am sorry. I am sure none of management know what was done to my family and how my lady was treated. You have lost control of terrible employees and seems like you do not care. I wont ever return and make sure to tell my fellow travelers to stay clear of that hotel I wrote it above

Room was comfortable Breakfast was good, maybe bacon instead of cheap ham and sausage. Room had a leak in the roof of the shower which I reported. Very loud traffic noise overnight Breakfast was too late, suggest 6.30

The people, the staff it would feel nice. The pool was always there in this super affordable.In what it offers is really nice.
