The location was perfect for all the main attractions. The staff was friendly and professional. I paid for an upgraded room with pool access. The room assigned had NO hot water. Even when staff attempted to fix the issue, I was told the warm water was the best that can be provided. After two nights we requested to be moved and were told we would have to pay an additional fee even though the new room was not considered an upgraded room which I reserved and paid for. After discussion with a supervisor, there was no additional fee. However, I was also not refunded my upgrade charge since I no longer would have direct pool access. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

The gym had windows opened all the time since the air-cons were broken, and it is located near the smoking area so you would smell the cigarettes while you work out.

Location , on the main road so easy to book a grab We stayed at J Residence and were quite disappointed with our experience. The staff were not friendly and rarely smiled — especially the receptionists, who seemed rather rude. We had to carry all our bags to the rooms by ourselves. The rooms are spacious but very old, with poor bedding — the mattress was hard and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The hotel really needs to improve the bedding quality. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

I had a great stay at Hotel J Residence Pattaya. The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent — convenient for getting around and close to many attractions. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout my stay, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again! There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was good, I have no complaints.

Loved my stay at Hotel J! Clean, peaceful environment with convenient location - easily walked to Terminal 21 and other attractions. My room was spacious and spotless. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. The two swimming pools offer different vibes - perfect for whatever mood you’re in. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Pattaya!
