Room was a amazing really comfortable so big cleaned Dailey kitchen had everything bed big comfortable slept like a baby which is unusual for me when staying away from. Staff couldn’t do enough so helpful friendly and professional I will definitely return ?? See above

I had the One Bedroom Suite. The room was very large and looked good overall. The staff was very good and did their best to help. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. The toilet seat was stained. The toilet and the shower looked very old. There was no hot water initially, and even after the maintenance staff looked at it, it was only intermittent and remained that way the whole stay. Also the toilet only flushed every other time. But staff was very good and did their best to help. The wifi was spotty. The TV reception was bad. The area where the hotel is located is not great.

The staff is incredible! They are very helpful and easy to communicate with! The room was very clean, and it was kept that way throughout my stay! The hotel is centrally located. You can walk to some areas and Walking street is only a 5-minute ride! I should have requested a higher floor because the street out front is busy.

The hot shower water was practically non-existant in room 706. I asked them to fix it but they could not fix it. Also, there was a constant ant issue around the bathroom sink.

Nice big room. The WIFI worked. Decent location. The shower. There was no hot water when we arrived. We had to go to reception, which is in a different building, then wait for hotel maintenance to arrive. It worked well afterwards.
