Location is perfect - close to the night life but far away that you are not disturbed by music. Rooms are huge, and cleaners were round daily it seemed and stocked me with water and towels. This place isn't the hilton, and the decor is a little tired. However, value for money is key. - photos taken by hotel match exactly what I received. The biggest bonus by far is that the rooms have constant electricity, so can charge items when have left the room 1 mins away from motorbike taxi/baht bus into bukao 5 mins to new plaza ( walking) 10 mins to soi 7 etc ( walking ) There is a hotel behind that seems to act like a coach terminal, and if you were on the lower floors, I suppose this would be annoying ( if you like a sleep in)

Third time staying at LK mansion. Staff are friendly, rooms are cleaned daily by friendly helpful staff, great location and bar and laundry at the base of the hotel plus the room size is big. Rooms could probably do with a spruce up if I'm being picky but never been an issue for me and I will keep returning to this hotel.

Been before so i know to ask for building A, much better. Reception staff and cleaning staff all super friendly and efficient. Facilities in room all functioning well. In other building (under the swimming pool) the buses in the car park of the next hotel would start their engines right outside my window and let them run for hours from 8am, early noise and bad fumes from engines

Good location ....... Nice room ...... cleaned daily .... friendly helpful staff TV picture quality very poor. Wi - fi in room did not work n.b. was able to use wi -fi in alternative area of LK mansion buildings. Room phone did not work / no longer connected . Important as alternative very costly for foreign guests.
