Great place, great staff. Breakfast not 5* but they do rotation every day which is great for long stay at the same place. We have been in low season so no noise at all. Rooms are clean, the only problem they do not clean under beds, so we got some rubbish from previous stayers, but not a big deal to ask. Hotel needs some renovation for sure. We got a room with strong smell, but thanks to staff they have replaced room with another one. Pool has some tiles come over which can lead to cuts so be careful.

The Hotel was big and spacious with all modern amenties. It boasted of 3 pools out of which 2 were big with ample recliners to enjoy the shade and sun. The location was very nice overlooking a quiet beach. Breakfast was nice and the quality of food was very nice. The staff was quick and helpful to cater to your needs. Best part was the breakfast was with a view of sea and fresh air which added to the experience. The hotel could have a little more decoration in the Room. The rooms were big but simple and plain in decoration. It had an awful stench as soon as we entered. But it quickly went away when we opened the windows to the balcony and switched on the AC. The FITNESS room had no options of any music or any assistance available there. We had to take our own speakers to the room.

Staff working at the resort was supportive. However, Manager was not available anytime at the hotel because whenever it was asked for the Manager, staff said that “he is not available right now”. Mold in the rooms - tried few and then stayed in the least affected one due to no cancellation possibilities. Food in the breakfast (bread bun) had ants all over in it. Found out and made a video of the same. Accidentally ate as well and fell sick.

Very nice place for a family stay - secluded, has nice pools and amenities. I also quite enjoyed the breakfast there: it had variety of dishes and fresh fruits It is also nearby convince shops and a night market with great food at even better prices This is a known thing, but Pattaya beach itself isn't that great, you should travel to islands nearby

Friendly staffs. Good vibe. Good hotel for relaxation, lay down in the sun away from the city (but not too far). Large room even the deluxe room. Super large bathroom with bath tub.
