Friendly staff, nice area for finding foods, very near to the beach, easy to get along into surrounding area since it's got a small road along the beach to exit to Jomtian beach and up the hill. No elevator

They stole twice from us. 3000 baht in total. There is no safe in the hotel. We did inform the owner after the first time but he didn't really do anything about it. He said he will look into it and we talk again. But they didn't allow us to fall him again. After they made excuses a few days long we finally insisted of talking to him and instead they eventually just kicked us out. there is no safe. We had the money once in our backpack in their storage when we went onto an island trip and once we hided it underneath the tv as one stack (10.000 baht) and when we came back it was two stacks, one with 5000 and one with 4000. They all of a sudden don't understand you anymore when you ask them about it. The last night we were there some Russians were having a party in the corridor in front of our room and they did nothing about it until one of the drunk guys even came with force into our room and woke us all up. I think he thought it's the bathroom. I was there because of the ratings and I thought jomtien beach is better, especially with children but Pattaya beach is actually nicer and if you go out at night you are walking distance from your kids and you have the 10 baht taxi in front of the door. At ban talay there is no transport. Only 2 km distance from there in the rest of jomtien.

Very basic place but clean, and the location is good. The staff is kind, cleaning every day. No toiletries, only two plug-ins in the room, the equipment is old (especially the TV) the aircon was broken. The biggest problem is the khaos and the lack of language knowledge. We booked a room with balcony and received one without it. We extended our stay, but still the came and told to leave. And it is not easy to discuss anything if they don't speak any language.

There are no meals provided here but numerous options for food and drinks surround the Hotel. The rooms are clean with hot running water and Air-Con and are adequate for budget price. Good value for the price. The Air-Con works but very slow. No safe or safe deposit box. Can be noisy if you leave the windows open.
