btt many pianos are out of tune. hot air condition in the gym. expensive, I can not see a swimming pool. bed is to hard and moist. expensive room and food inside. I can buy from 7-11 that's ok.

Has shutter service for customer parking. The rooms were somewhat smelly and spooky not worth the price. Only 1 key card provided per room using for electricity it’s not convenient. No smartTV provided. Itchy bedding. The property look old not well maintained (unlike it shows on social media).

This is a unique and quirky place with a lot of fun and interesting areas. Children love it. Many places to sit and visit. The room can be described as spartan. Clean but no special amenities; only adequate.

Very unique place. The entertainment is great, the venue for food and live music at the hotel is worth the visit alone. The glass floors allow you to see down into several of the entertainment areas from the rooftop. There was nothing I didnt like about my stay at Letana Hotel

Close to everything we needed. Staff were excellent. Restaurant was good. Cakes were good. Had an issue with our A/C in our room, they quickly changed our room. Would stay again.

Large restaurants & excellent live performances. AC not cooling and bathroom shower has no curtains, very messy when showering.

Facilities and cleanliness of the room don't match to my expectations. Soundproof is quite bad, I can hear everything around: conversation from the corridor or the room next door. The cleanliness in the toilet and shower should be improved.

We stayed one night at Letana to meet my wife's family that lives in the area. The hotel is a really cool place with nice restaurants and a show room for entertainment. We will be going back here again. The staff was really nice and helpful with all needs. Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Live music The shower room is terrible. I can’t even use it when it hangs up there. Water is all over the bathroom floor after shower. For this price compared to other hotels in the area is overpriced so I expected something better and worth it. Food is okay, nothing is special but also overpriced and too expensive. Front desk staffs are unfriendly, shroud be more welcome to the guests.

The decor was wonderful. Musical instruments everywhere. It could use some updating. Air conditioners, tvs, etc.

The building is Amazing. It felt like a maze but it was fun to be able to explore It could be cleaner. There were ransom dishes of food all over. I also heard a lot of noise from people singing ktv next to my door
