I liked that the hotel had a swimming pool where my father could relax and rest beside the pool during his knee treatment in Bangkok. The availability of breakfast and food options within the hotel was also very convenient and helpful, especially for my parents during their stay. The overall environment was comfortable and made their recovery period more enjoyable. The location was convenient for accessing the hospital, which was the main reason for our stay. However, it was quite far from shopping areas, and there were limited shops, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. This made it less convenient when we needed to buy additional items or explore the area.

You can hear people in other rooms, Every time there is a toilet flush. It will be great if they can have a sound proof wall. This can disturb people with light sleep.

The air is not cold enough and I had to go down to the lobby area to get some cold air before heading back to my room for a sleep.

It’s nice and looks very pleasant. The drive went through some small roads but they have a lot of signs that help direct the driver. The breakfasts each day was great and the massage services were super. The first room has bugs. Roaches in the fridge etc. all over the room. I went to 7 Eleven to get bug spray thinking I’d have to suffer through but when I mentioned it to them, they immediately changed our room. I feared it’d be the same but we didn’t see a single bug our whole 2 day stay so it was definitely a random issue.

The hotel is old and does not match the pictures shown on the website., Smell of mold and cigarettes in the rooms (we took two because there were four of us), this is not suitable for those who are sensitive to odors. As a result, we left early for another hotel.

Great value for money, location in the back end of town though. Adequate facilities. Friendly helpful staff. A bit noisy on top floor with aircraft flying overhead, which may have stopped during the night (or we slept through it as were too exhausted to notice).

You must always pass bye the reception for a meal. Why is the restaurant not a normal restaurant where you can order and pay or put it on the room? Redesign the restaurant would help. Better lights? Make it to please the visitors and less a cantine. A little bar perhaps?. Music soft and relaxing? TV corner with news or sports.

I could only hear the planes a little bit, which is impressive since it's near the airport The lift was a little scary

Close to the airport, lovely pool. Rooms were extremely basic and the bathroom was small and a bit dirty. Wouldn’t have classed it as a 4 star at all but was fine for one night.
