Excellent location, nice pool and friendly staff. Great for family vacation and pretty affordable. A lot of things in the room require maintenance, like closet doors, room doors don’t close properly, wall sockets not working properly, some bathroom fixtures need fixing.

So practical, clean and convenient. Nothing really, everything we needed was there and the staff made it feel so special.

Nice big rooms. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is not good quality - especially the bread basket. The warm food is actually cold. Too much outside light shining into the room at night time.

Amazing tranquil location in Laguna. You can walk around the amazing lakes and enjoy the views and silence. However still so close to Bang Tao / Boat Avenue and all the restaurants and cafes. I would definitely come back and recommend to those who want to enjoy Phuket not the typical busy way, yet very close also these places. It is definitely the upscale area of Phuket. Great value for money. Breakfast was completely fine. Nothing

Excellent location within Banyan Laguna. So beautiful beach and free shuttles by boat or trolly within Laguna. Staff was very friendly and rooms were great. Cassia is the most affordable property in Laguna. Breakfast was ok but I stopped going after 2 days and went to Open Kitchen across the street

Located at a very quiet area; it’s perfect and convenient for people who want to stay away from the madness and crazy area, such as patong. The entire hotel needs renovation, the feel and look of the rooms and hotel’s facilities are exhausted and worn-out. For instance, our apartment-of-two-rooms space was consumed by unnecessarily cupboards everywhere, side tables that would eventually leave us with very little space to move around (we were 4). The kitchen area can be reduced to save up space. Additionally, the flooring gets a bit messy after one day of stay hence I would recommend keeping a small broom for guest to tidy things up rather than waiting two days for cleaning service to take place.

The gym is simply a joke - there is only one treadmill, cardio, bicycle, a set of dumbbells and one multi-purpose machine.

We could walk to the beach or take a free boat ride. Fascinating trip. The staff was kind. Thank you for a good holiday.

beach is a little bit far from hotel, breakfast is so so, and room is a bit small for 4 people. I booked a 2 bed room and Booking.com showed it's suitable for 4 people with 4 breakfast. But the true is, there is only a king bed in one room and one single bed in the other room. This is not enough for 4 people. After I complain to the hotel, they setup one more single bed in the LIVING ROOM. One of us had to sleep in the LIVING ROOM for the whole trip (4 nights.) I told to the staff that I would pay more if they can upgrade my room but they say no.
