الفندق حلو ومرتب والموظفين كويسين نمل بكل مكان في الغرفة وفالحمام بعيد عن كل شي مافي الا بقاله جمبه وشبه فاضيه يعني لازم تجيب معاك اغراضك عشان لو احتجت شي بتضطر تاخذ تكسي يوديك لاقرب مجمع او مكان تشتري منه اللي تحتاجه

The staff were extremely polite and courteous. I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were not clean and did not meet even basic hygiene standards. In addition, the photos displayed on the hotel’s website were misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the property. The hotel looked much older and less maintained than advertised.

Beach, pool, and overall decoration Nothing around at night, however you can take a taxi to Boat Avenue for nice dinner, not crowded as of Patong.. but nice

The beach was nice although we couldn’t go swimming because of the tide. The spa was nice as well as the thai restaurant. The rooms are extremely humid and old.

Nice pool, beach and playground The housekeeping staff were all friendly and full of smiles. Most of the staff at reception and at Laguna Cafe were not very friendly and seemed to be in a hurry even when there weren’t other guests in the area.

Fantastic property just by Bang Tao beach. Rooms are well designed. Staff is very helpful, decent breakfast buffet and overall a fun stay. It’s located within Laguna Phuket, so lots of options close by for food, massages etc. This is nothing to do with hotel. Laguna area is filled with several hotels/resorts/apartments etc, so accessibility to things is easy, but the area (outside the hotel) doesn’t feel like Phuket. You have access to everything, but didn’t feel like a rooted place. Nothing wrong with it, but depending on what you want you ca look at different vicinities.

We were upgraded to a room with a view to the pool and beach. The beach had plenty of places to get shakes, There was one massage place on teh beach. There are few good restuarants near by the hotel, next to a lagoon. There is a center with restuarants 5 minutes by car. Good service!!!, they chase you to give you towels at the pool, also helped us with tickets to a show and even to chage the time due to a traffic jam. THANK YOU LITA for your great service and support!! Breakfast is great. BangTao is way better than Patong beach with many restuarants on the beach. Best for couples. Due to a flood, it took us 2 hours to get from the hotel to Patong (a show we booked). Concierge service is not so good. The sea has exteremly high waves and strong current 5 meters from the beach ! I wish there was a frequent shuttle to the center like other hotels. No much activity in the evenings except a nice singer in the lobby.

This is my second review since I came back because of the amazing stay. Felt so cozy and really enjoyed it here. Nothing at all.

The overall experience is amazing that I rebooked for a second time during my trip to Phuket. I was there 4 - 8 oct and extended my trip and came back 14 - 17 oct. The staff is friendly and very hospitable. Everything we needed was provided. No boundaries with towels for pool/beach area unlike other hotels. Unlimited towels were provided. Amazing beach/pool and views. The laguna area is very nice with amazing restaurants,cafes,shops, etc. Rooms are very cozy and clean. We had the dusit club king (ground floor room with beach view and sunbeds) very easy access to beach and all facilities. The only thing that would make the experience perfect is making the room service 24/7 (which was until 11:30 pm for food) Other than that, all was great.

The hotel needs an update. Walking in, it's as if you're walking into a beautiful tropical Caribbean hotel... in 1985. The rooms need to be weather sealed because it stays moist! I tried to dry some wet clothes and 2 days later everything was still wet.
