Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice A long way from Bangalore airport - allow at least an hour by car. On the way back to the airport , there was a reluctance on the part of our Aloft driver to use the toll road which meant our return was on partially paved roads and a very long ride. (Our Aloft driver on the journey to the airport did use the toll road.)

All was good . It was a fantastic stay with my parents , husband and child .. They made us feel at home . I would like to specially thank the below personnel for their great services . The premises and room were extremely well maintained, the staff well behaved and courteous and a great spread of food.It felt great . dot.yum Restaurant : Sathi,Abhijeet,Proloy, Sudipta, Bhanu,Pritom,Ankit(apologies if I missed few) House Keeping: Raveena, Saurabh Das, Ganesh Choudhury,Somnath Dutta, Soring Sushma(apologies if I missed few) Wait time for food ordered at the restaurant

It’s okay for one night as a stop over but probably not longer…unless one wants a decent easy to reach Whitefield location close to the Sheraton conference center

This hotel is slightly away from the centre but opposite to a major hospital. Stayed there for 6 days as i needed to be next to hospital. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The carpets are worn out, Electrical points at different places and no single point control. Tiles inside was black and very dull. Swimming pool could not use due to wedding.

The hotel and the facilities are great. The staff is very incompetent. The lady at the Reception took a note of my Marriott rewards number incorrectly. After that I have called them 4 times and written to them thrice. They evade the matter. There is zero co-operation from their side to correct the Membership number so I can receive my Marriott points. Once you stay with them and have paid the tariff at checkin, they show zero interest in anything you require. Being an American chain I expected better from Aloft Bangalore.
