I am so happy to stay here and also 2 times stay here...all staff are friendly most of all NAMRATA and DIVYA they always smile to me and they treat well to and all of them...in room very nice and and service of housekeeping very good...and breakfast very good...keep up the good work... None

Lift was always crowded, water leaks from bathroom to bedroom.

They had a laundromat The room layout reminded me of railway compartments. Wash basin in the middle of the room. There is one tiny cubicle for shower and one for toilet. Basically you feel they have put a bed in between toilet bowl, shower and washbasin! You cannot even carry a towel inside the shower cubicle. You need to walk in naked and come out dripping wet. In that sense the showers in railway compartments are better. That they told me was premium room. The normal room was even tinier. Same layout. Smaller rooms is something I would understand considering this is Holiday Inn Express. The layout was so awkard. Generally the staff were not at all friendly. They would ignore you, they will not even bother to wish you. I felt like ghost walking in and out. Housekeeping was so bad. Used the towels to scrub the wall that was damp and peeling. When I checked in, I found rubbish left by previous occupant. I stayed for 5 days and they cleared it only after 3 days. We had to point it out!

The room size was so so so small I have never seen this small rooms for this price. The rooms are so small that u can't even stand properly in a bathroom nd take shower the doors are transperant type....no closed with silicon rubber the room stinks by the smell of washroom after use no proper exhaust system. No place/cupboard to keep ur language . Dose not recommended.
