Location, hairdryer was available upon request Mattress and the quality of the towel, no tissue paper, repeated electricity cuts but this seems to be an issue across the city

Super convenient location. Literally in the heart of 100ft road. Cubicle rooms are not for all. Also the linen was dirty generally. They did change it, still attention to detail wasnt much.

I Booked for Queen room and the Room Was too Small to accomodate 2 people, Also there was little space to walk inthe room.

Staff didn't know how to pay, called room later and woke us up to come and pay. Noisy area. Smoke detector constantly beeping for 2 days and couldn't fix.

The location. The cleanliness 1. The staff wasn't very candid about the problems a customer might face 2. They didn't provide me with a mosquito repellent when my room was known to have mosquitoes 3. For a long term guest, they gave me a room whose fuse was known to trip, leaving me sweating at night 4. My belt was sent with the clothes for laundry and for four days, and until escalation, nobody had an idea where it was

Irrespective of providing all my card info during booking , my booking was cancelled and front office staff had no clue what he was talking about. He just kept on repeating the same message and had no solutions. After a long haul flight and at early morning 3.00 my reservation was denied and I had to find alternatives. Such a horrible experience

Neat & clean. Simple rooms but has what's needed. Perfect for solo travelers. the pricing of cousre. Slightly better priced and this will be our go-to hotel in whichever city they are present in. At times we get similar quality rooms at almost 50% price so that's quite a thing.

Location No 24 hr housecleaning, and no early check in. And the staff was not friendly and not helpful at all . Room not good in cleaning

While the hotel had a convenient location and friendly staff especially Mr Kemraj who helped us for a late checkout as our flights were delayed, the room was quite small for a family of two, with limited space to move around, poor toilet ventilation, a non-functional AC, and linen that could have been cleaner. What I didn’t like was that the room was too small for a family of two with little space to move around, the toilet had poor ventilation, the AC wasn’t working, and the linen was not properly cleaned.

Right in the heart of Indira Nagar, makes it easy to commute and shop I asked for a dental kit at night and also informed the Ac is not working properly. No one attended to these. I slept practically sweating
