the previous stays in the property have been better. looks like the place has not been kept well. had 4- 5 complaints in the room that should have been taken car off before giving to a customer. 1) shower knob was missing - replaced after request 2) faucet was not working - had to be replaced 3) Fan in the room was too noisy - a makeshift arrangement to tape a portion of the fan was done 4) AC remote was not working - was replaced with a new remote 5) ventilator fan in the restroom was too loud and was required to be repair - was left as it is Checked if I could be assigned a alternate room but was told no other room was available. Overall a poor experience. Basic things were not checked and corrected before assigning a room to customer.

We were not aware that breakfast was not included in the room rate. As we were on a short trip to Bangalore, at least a cup of tea should have been provided free of charge with the room. All of us had our breakfast at the hotel restaurant, where the charges were quite high.

Bathroom shampoo holder was broken, no tooth pastes brush provided, had give call to reception multiple times to get an item. There is no coordination in staff.

The most unhygienic room. Fungus infested blankets and walls, Arrogant staff. Plus the room had a pillar right in the middle which made the room congested. The experience was like sleeping on the roadside.

Location. The room is too small and has a huge pillar just beside the bed which makes it worst for the person sleeping the right side of the bed as it blocks the AC flow.

Location very good..very close to 100 feet road and Indira Nagar metro..didn't take breakfast but seems to have a very good buffet breakfast We took one standard room and one basic room Basic room is small and there is a big pillar right on one side of the room so getting into and off the bed was little difficult..
