Appreciated the accommodation made for us when we missed breakfast on our last morning due to an unexpected hospital visit. The staff were kind and made sandwiches and coffees for us to take on the trip back to the airport. The pool and gym are nice. Where to begin. The linens were not clean. All of the towels and both robes in our room had visible dirt and stains on them and smelled like the perfumes of previous guests who wore them. When we asked to replace them, room service brought up even more dirty and stained robes. We gave up. Also the roof in our room started leaking water causing the floors to become wet. The iron didn’t work. The overall cleanliness of the room needed large improvement.

The place was super clean. Just in the middle of nowhere, I went for a walk and there was just very low or near slums nearby. Why do people let their neighborhoods become such a garbage dump?

I would like to give a special shout out to Shoaib who checked me in, he was super awesome and kind enough to give me an upgrade and made sure all my needs are met also a shout out to Simran for making sure we have everything we need. Kudos to Hilton Team at Embassy, always a pleasure.

Gym, Pool and Breakfast was ace. Excellent customer service, treated like royalty.

We were upgraded to a suite - which was lovely, but we arrived at 9pm and had to leave by 4.30am the following day to catch our flight home. We didn't really have time to appreciate it! The hotel kindly made us up a breakfast bag to take with us due to our early departure. Coffee, juice, sandwiches and cut fruit which was welcome and a nice touch. We enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar the evening we arrived - the staff working in the bar were super friendly and made great cocktails! Our room tariff included 3000 INRS food and beverage credit. This was not deducted from our bill on check out and whilst we did eventually get it sorted out, it was not helpful to be doing this at 4.15am with a taxi waiting outside. The hotel should find a way of ensuring that this deduction is made automatically.

The property is well maintained and the staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. Maybe some more dining, though there are many restaurants nearby.
