The breakfast has all sorts of international options from eggs, pancakes, waffles, oat, cereals, oats, toast breads and jams, flavored yogurts, and also had a variety of fruits and veggies for salads, very few cheeses more of indian options as well. The dinner had mostly indian options, very less "non spicy options" and maybe one or two international options to try dialy but they are delicious if you are willing to try new things. Anything you ask for not in the buffet is extra and paid, like why should i pay for orange juice in the morning, i mean it a standard drink for morning, they only had watermelon, pineapple and some flavored water. And none were to my liking and for dinner they practically had zero drinks which was very frustrating as u need to only drink water. Another thing is that bottled water is extra. I mean all hotels offer u a bottled water on the table except them, i had to pay like 200INR for a bottle of water the first day. Bottled water should be a norm, especially since foreigners might really get sick from normal water if they are not used to it. They said free wifi comes with room , yet it was so bad, i couldnt really connect and work from it normally.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and an efficient check-in process. My sincere thanks to Aaryan and Divya at the front desk for their professionalism, courtesy, and ever-present willingness to assist with a smile. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained, offering a calm and comfortable environment throughout my stay. I would also like to commend Ganesh from housekeeping for his meticulous attention to detail and polite service. The culinary offerings were equally impressive—both in quality and quantity—adding greatly to the comfort and enjoyment of my stay. I was especially touched by the hotel’s thoughtful gesture in honoring my foreign guest. Special thanks to Divya and Aaditya for their outstanding coordination and considerate service, which truly elevated the experience. In summary, the Hilton Garden Inn, Bangalore exceeded my expectations on all fronts. The housekeeping team deserves appreciation for maintaining spotless rooms and responding promptly to requests. I’d also like to commend the concierge staff, who were a huge help in guiding Uber drivers to the correct gate every single time — a thoughtful touch that made commuting hassle-free. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious, with a good variety of options to suit all palates. All in all, a truly pleasant and memorable experience. I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bengaluru and will definitely return on my next trip!
