Nothing is to like, every staff just delaying service. Everything they provide, breakfast, amenities, services and not a single thing which i like, this is my life's worst experience ever.

Nothing PLenty. 1. Full amount was paid prior to check in still gues was asked to pay. 2. wi-fi never worked, inspite of repeatative reminders. 3. Even to ask for a simple water bottle, guest has to call number of times. 4. Tarrif had included both Breakfast and dinner part of the deal. Staff did not provide many options and the portion given was very small. 5. Overall extremely terrible, unprofessional and zero customer service. They did not give a damn about customer service. 6. None of the other guests were also happy. 7. My guest checked out two days prior because of poor service. 8. I demand full refund.

The staff is highly ill mannered and use abusive language with the costumers. There is nothing in the hotel to like. The infra is poor, rooms are pathetic, service is extremely poor and staff is highly ill mannered.

They demanded extra money on the spot. Bookings offered me 2000/per night they asked for 5,000/per night. Even after paying the amount they denied early check-in for name sake its is 5 star, in reality it is not even 3 start property * tv not working * bathroom water leaked into living space * curtains switch was not working * reception people never responded needful literally had horrible experience

In the description they mentioned that the breakfast was continental, American and Asian but it was not that at all. All the provided was Indian food. There was no channels on the TV except for news.
