the beauty and peace. the marble, water fountains and sound of water. the grandiose trees. the elegance of the staff. all so graceful and gracious. the kindness for offering a tea & sweets delights in our room, marks of consideration that remain in our heart. Excellence in Hospitality. And the bedding! Havent noticed anything, aside for no papers and envelope at the desk…

Culinary options extraordinary. Serene poolside, a great gym, luxury hours as they call it .. Room- dated, maintenance issues , bathroom lights were not working 3036. Room had a off smell

The room I received at first smelled like damp mold, the bathroom door didn't close and did not match the description in booking (did not have balcony) The pool was closed for maintainance, and it was planned and I did not get any info on this. Very disappointing. Service staff was quite bad at responding to requests, things got done don't get me wrong but things took really long time with bad time and expectation management.
