I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and overall, it's a great place. The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, and the amenities are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the location is convenient. However, if you are planning to work from the hotel, I would not recommend it at all due to the poor WiFi quality. Even after raising the issue at the front desk, they acknowledged that the WiFi is slow but simply stated that it is shared among all rooms, without taking any real steps to improve it. Unfortunately, despite this being my second stay, the issue remains unresolved. That being said, if WiFi is not a priority for you, everything else about this hotel is fantastic. But for anyone needing a reliable internet connection, this is not the place to stay.

- Room size - Fully equipped room facilities - Ease of check-in / out process - Support staff - Separate entrances for lodging & rooftop bar - Access to Metro & major Whitefield attractions, malls, etc. - Parking was on the side of the road - in front of a shop, not entirely secure - Loud music & thumping from the rooftop bar, especially audible on the floor just below the rooftop bar - Rooms could be sound proofed, especially due to presence of rooftop bar & proximity of ITPL traffic on the road - Water dispensers could be placed on every floor that guests can fill bottles in, instead of asking support staff everytime

Room cleaning people are very nice guys, and the food service guys and ladies are very nice too. Most Importantly Managers are professionals, humble and helpful.

Good staff, very helpful and cooperative. I booked there room urgently and they gave me the room before time. I would stay there again if needed. Restaurant food is of not good quality and pricy. Food option are very limited nearby. Little distance there are good restaurants.
