Location Cleanliness, cockroaches , no tv, ac remote not working , dirty And old beds n bedsheets, no ventilation in the washroom ,no hot water, shower doesn't work, old dirty bucket , no dustbin inside the room , bad smell , torn pillow covers .

The check-in process was not smooth. There is no mobile network connectivity in the hotel building. The staff was very slow with the room service was very slow. The bathrooms were not clean and no dustbins in the rooms. The rooms had smoky scent in the room.

None Location near Kadugodi Tree park metro station..you will have to walk 1 km if you follow the metro station provided as location from the property. None of the amenities and facilities were provided, not even drinking water and toiletries .Water problem dusty cockroach infested rooms and shady looking place, rude staff behavior.. They reply only in Hindi which is not good customer service at all.

nothing, it was just worst experience. very bad room while getting into room, we will get vomiting tendency nothing was clean except wardrobe even at the first day, water was also not there. also they have taken around 1200 from us & the we booked in booking.com for 900 something. also that room was not worthy for 800 itself
