Nothing. Its not a 4 star hotel. Its a local lodge. Extremely disappointed Washroom not clean. No fresh towels Old bedsheets A/c not working Fan switch was broken and we couldn’t fix it. And we couldn’t adjust according to our need. Room was not dusted properly, i got skin rashes. Entrance sewage was leaking and it was stinking.

Nothing First we booked a Double Superior room, through Booking.com and we were given a twin executive? (Small room) The room is very small, run down, well pretty much falling apart. Electrical switches dangerously hanging off the wall. We have stayed in better homestays in Tamil Nadu for a 10th of the 4000 rupees we were charged here. The room was only made up for one person: 1 cup, 1, glass, 1 towel. When we complained to the desk, they said we had to upgrade.. Ha Ha. To top it all and further cause me more stress, there was NO HOT WATER!.. This is such an unprofessional way to run a hotel. I'm surprised you are still in business. The only good thing about it, is we were leaving the next day.

This is an old hotel but very good. I had superior double, good size, clean, kettle, fridge, AC & fan. Hotel in excellent location for walking to main CBD shopping streets & main tourist, gardens, parks & interesting sights. Very good breakfast, mainly Indian but plenty fruit, toast & jam. Weak wifi Pigeon poo on window ledges ( lots!)

I loved the cleanliness and staff were well behaved. Only lights inside the room was dull. One was not working. Should have been little bright Otherwise no issues as such. Breakfast was excellent. Locality was was very nice and clean environment. Definitely will plan next visit in the same hotel. Loved everything

It was clean and all the amenities were provided. The property is quite old however they have maintained it .
