I booked a twin room for 5 days and had an amazing stay ?. • ? The hotel is so quiet that you don’t even hear car horns. • ?️ Safety is excellent — security guards everywhere, with checkups while entering, which made me feel secure. • ?️ Concierge service was outstanding, with beverages and sweets inside the car, plus WiFi and phone charger complementary. • ? The drivers were very nice and helpful, showing shops and giving quick info about places and buildings. • ✈️ At airport drop-off, hotel staff helped with luggage all the way to the check-in point, and quickly arranged a wheelchair for my mother — truly thoughtful service. • ? The hotel has 4 restaurants, each serving amazing food with variety and quality. Overall: I really enjoyed my stay, loved the services, and felt safe and cared for throughout ?. Highly recommended for luxury, comfort, and hospitality.

Fully met expectations for the price paid. Staff were very well trained and super attentive and nice. Loved the pool and breakfast. Room was so spacious and comfortable. Cleaning staff and room service staff performed beyond expectation. When my kid wanted a tent in room they helped set it up so efficiently.
