Room AC was not working the whole night, and it was a nightmare, Breakfast spread was limited

Excellent location. Good breakfast with decent spread of south/ north Indian food. Warm and hospitable staff including the doorman. The rooms were of good size, however needs minor repairs such as replace of bulbs. The rooms need better attention to detail. The refrigerator in the room would not cool. The bathroom bulbs need replacement. The wardrobe lights need to be fixed.

Location and breakfast Front reception staff is very rude and not knowledgeable at all. Also, the room wasn’t that great. The bathroom tap leaked and the water flowed outside the shower.

The staff at breakfast were good and courteous. Lighting in the bathroom could be better. The quality of utensils to serve the breakfast was very old and they were broken, not maintained. The iron that I asked for at the reception, was not upto the mark. It was very cheap quality and my clothes got a mark because of the iron. Also, the hotel does not live up to the 4-star that it is given. It is not upto the mark to be 4 star.

Food is good, rooms are clean but compact. Good value if rooms were bit more spacious. Car can barely get inside the property for dropoff. Staff couldn’t get help for luggage until later.

The room was clean and interiors have been done very thoughtfully. The placement of switches, wooden flooring and everything in the room is very mindfully done. Also, my request for special (Jain) breakfast was warmly accommodated at a very short notice. I am unhappy about the check-in experience. I had requested for an early check-in which was approved by the property on email at the time of booking, but they asked for additional fare at the time of check-in. When I showed them the email confirming early-check-in request, they passed the buck to Booking.com. After back and forth for ~45 mins and when I told them I'll not check-in at all, I was provided with early check-in at no extra fees, but the experience was not pleasant. Also, it has been over 45 days since my stay, but I have not yet received tax invoice for the stay, although I've raised a request to the property for Tax Invoice through Booking.com portal.

It catered to the Indian taste, but we got eggs when requested.⁴ could have some better juices, yoghurt etc. The room was good sized with all amenities. The bathroom was modern with good flow of hot water in the shower. Was quite satisfied.
