I was given room number 425 and in the adjacent rooms refurbishment work was on.. So lot of noise was coming during the day

Very clean. Facilities in the room bang on. Breakfast spread was great. Location superb. The front desk service is lackaidsical and non chalant. They charged me for three nights whereas my booking was for just two nights. Had I not checked my credit card statement, I would not have even realised.

Great stay for a business trip. The only thing is not to promote this as a 5 star hotel (written on google search) but rather a 4 star. Happy to come back nonetheless. Lovely breakfast!

Staff lied about the room situation and when I confronted about it then they changed my room , I booked a superior twin and they offered me the small room saying no room availability when they had multiple vacant

I had a wonderful stay at The Chancery Pavilion. We made a last-minute booking and were pleasantly surprised with how smoothly everything was handled. The staff was extremely courteous and accommodating, and we were allocated a really good room with a lovely view. The hotel itself is fairly large and offers great value for the price we paid. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making our stay relaxing and hassle-free. The breakfast buffet was excellent — a wide spread with good quality and taste. It definitely added to the overall experience. The location is another big advantage — very centrally located in Bangalore, making it convenient for getting around the city. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. ⭐ Stay: 9.5/10 ⭐ Staff: 9.5/10 ⭐ Food: 9.5/10 ⭐ Hospitality: 9.5/10 Definitely a highly recommended stay!

The location is wonderful and within easy walking distance to Cubbon Park and shopping. The variety of food at breakfast has something for everyone. The menu at Alchemy is innovative and delicious. I highly recommend the Truffle Mushroom Cappuccino and the Butter Chicken Cappuccino (think soup, not coffee). The Truffle Bombs and the Magic Mushrooms are also not to be missed. My only regret is that I didn't have more time to try some of the other items on the menu. Only that my stay wasn't longer.
