Early morning reception staff were helpful and accommodating. Staff could be more responsive on phone or with requests. Could say thank you, yes or not possible and bye during conversations.

Check in took way too long even though I arrived well after check in time around 3.30pm. Apparently room wasn't ready yet and had to wait for 15 mins or so. Staff weren't very organised in picking up luggage also. Snacks in room were sub par. Breakfast options were a bit limited. I've got fond memories of Gardenia from a decade ago but the overall quality seems to have fallen

The room is spacious and clean. Its airy as well. and the way it is section is beautiful because there is a mirror walled in between the room and bathroom. The breakfast is a big disappointment. Bakery item were so less. The muffins and tea cakes have a strong smell of egg. the overall spread is basic compared to other 5 star hotels. Its like a spread of a 3 or no star. the waffle were so chewy and the Pain Au Chocolate was too elasty and chewey. over all stay was good. The dal makhani and rice was superb.

Breakfast spread was really awesome. Mainly we didn't not like the Spa facility people behavior and management. We booked a spa at 10 p.m. But I was requested to come by at least 8:45 p.m.. I was quite stressed and tired so even if I had some work, I canceled and came back early to Hote for the Spa. But once I went there at 8:45 p.m. the person standing at the desk told that still someone is having spa inside. I waited for around 30 min and then the staff told me that I can go back to my room and they will call me soon. The call never came. For a luxury hotel, this kind of service was quite unexpected.

Had a very pleasant stay at IT Gardenia Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The food was excellent and well prepared. The spa experience was also wonderful, professional, relaxing, and well worth it. Service was courteous and efficient throughout. Overall, a great stay and a hotel I would happily recommend. There was a minor billing issue at checkout, but it was resolved immediately, so not a big deal at all.

Everything was comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the garden, balcony, and infinity pool. The staff was attentive and helpful for a first time visitor. I didn't dislike anything, it was a pleasant experience. I would be happy to stay there again in the future and recommend it for other travelers.

Our Stay at ITC exceeded our expectations. The staff at the front desk and in the dining room was so friendly and courteous and treated us like family, The house keeping did an excellent job keeping our room spic and span. Overall this stay was exceptional and we will stay here for sure during our next visit as well
