It was in a nice location, and central. Great welcome from staff and they were very helpful! Room The noice from traffic outside is pretty loud so you could hear very much.

The property location is good. no break fast facility, but you have n-number of choices through Zomato and Swiggy. The property is new and nicely maintained, the staff were courteous, polite and responsive, you have lift accessible for the all the floors.

Nothing 1) Room very congested 2) Maple floor worn out and making noise when you walk on it. 3) Mattress spring very uncomfortable 4) The room is not soundproof 5) Window curtains not sufficient to cover the entire window 6) Cars and buses onking and all noise from the road can be heard loud. 7) Bathroom very small 8) Water at the bathroom salty 9) No sufficient water pressure for shower

More of nothing The rude staff and unreasonable policies. They offered us the key after we made the whole payment.Is this the way they treat the guests. Not letting my parents see the room at any costs unless we paid the whole money.shame on such people. I am utterly disappointed.they even made a fuss over booking person name. The electricity was the worst. So I am not trusting this again. I have trusted this website and booked for my parents who visited bangalore for the first time and they don't want to come again.

Location Absolutely Pathetic service. Whatever we ask . They say NO STOCK. No milk powder. No towel, no soap. No tooth brush. Towels were provided just 3 hours before checkout. After a follow-up. Even the staff are not courteous, they seem to be helpless & sound like fed up with their management.
