Central location Well equipped apartment.it can become your home away from home The best part of this property is the staff.everyone wishes you politely when they see u.the security guards always assist with bags.the housekeeping boys tend to your requests within minutes.the lady bharti at reception remembered me from my previous stay that I was unwell and asked about my health.jairam from front desk made sure my apartment tvs were set up how I like before he finished his duty for the day. I extended my stay by one day and Jairam again made sure the transfer was not inconvenient for me and that the tvs were functioning according to my likes. This kind of customer service is on par with 5 star properties Wi fi connection on smart tv in living room is slow.keeps loading

There was no restaurant within the hotel. They order from some outside kitchen, anyway the place has an array of restaurants with Garuda mall food court just a step away. Bad cots with wornout springs and no king size.

It's a decent stay. The staff were welcoming. It's in a good area where there are a lot of things to see around, for shopping, restaurants and even clubs. Clean rooms, despite being small. The hot water wasn't working. Even after complaining and "fixing" it, the cold water situation had not changed. Which was really annoying as things like these need to be checked before giving us the room.

The lift Buttons Don't work on the 3rd Floor ...the Beds and the Pillows are very uncomfortable and the intercom wasn't working ...room service is bad they don't clean well and don't replenish the stuff in the room

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was alright for the price, but was in a bit of disrepair. There was a lot of construction going on which could be quite loud at times.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good variety and the location was convenient with easy access to everything we needed. The lunch from the shared kitchen was excellent, and everything was very clean throughout. Nothing - everything was good.

Location The wash basin pipe was not having hot and cold functions , when turn on heater only hot water was flowing and I had no option to use the wash basin Should have an iron box as it is a 1 bhk facility Twin room had only one set of toiletries

The accommodation itself - bed, bathroom, kitchen - were fine. Nothing remarkable, but adequate. Everything was a lot of extra trouble - having to have cash for room service, QR codes that didn't work, needing help with the key and the aircon. They seem to be trying to make things cuter than needed. Breakfast buffet was largely at room temperature, and the cooked items were tiny.
