Booking.com team: I would like to bring to your attention that, for this booking, the hotel denied that they have no such booking confirmation in their system. I really had a tough time at the time of check in as booking was not there. How come booking.com didn't check whether booking is confirmed with the hotel or not. I was stranded for almost 1 hour at hotel reception. Finally, they could manage one room for me & I could check in. I need to give a second thought for using booking.com as a trusted partner for my hotel booking needs.

Really bad stay . The only thing okay was the breakfast buffet. I would strongly advise against booking a room stay here. You would notice that there are many bad reviews here and then some good ones. Please Believe the bad ones, they reflect the reality. We were charged Rs. 9000 for a room , a price point where you can get a room at Taj or Ibis or Mariott at a little extra. The first thing we noticed when we entered was the foul smell on all of second floor, which comes when someone mops the floor using dirty mop cloth. The room had the same foul smell, when we asked the housekeeping, they promptly flooded the room with room fresheners. We asked for a room change and shifted to first floor. That was only the beginning and wish we had just packed our bags and left. Here are the other things which went wrong: 1) There was no hot water in the shower or bathroom. 2) The water pressure in the toilet jet was not there , you have to hold it at an angle to let the water in . 3) The ac cooling does not work . 4) The rooms are not sound insulated and we woke up at 6 am from all the noise in the kitchen and corridors.

Good location. Little outside of city however its is good for family with stay and relax . Buffet dinner with reasonable prices. Little poor Maintenance. Bathtub is leaking to outside room. They can be fix it with that room.

Break fast was good, add some re english breakfast menu items. SPA was anwlys calling for needful, but the price is higher.

The welcome and the check in process was very quick. We were personally assisted by Sangeetha before our arrival at the property. I had made special requests which was executed without any further doubts in a very beautiful way thanks to Sangeetha along with the housekeeping team. The spa was also very good. The staff were all very kind and polite Thanks for making my first anniversary a memorable one. Now I have a go to place for special occasions. Keep up the good work.

Breakfast was delicious and staff were all very friendly. We didn't have a chance to use the facilities, but there were plenty. I stayed in two different rooms, but the bathrooms were flooding in both. For the first night, there was only one towel in my room. I called the front desk for more towels but didn't receive them until an hour later.
