Location Hi, This is my second stay at your property, and I also recommended it to my friend (Mr. Jasim). Unfortunately, this time both of us had a very poor experience. The terrace rooms were significantly smaller than expected, and the air conditioning was not working properly, making the room very uncomfortable. I checked in at 8:30 PM and requested a late checkout until 2 PM, but was informed of an additional charge of INR 500 per hour. Additionally, I extended my stay by one night and was charged INR 11,800, which I find excessively high for the experience provided. As a frequent traveler who stays in many premium properties, I chose your hotel again based on my previous positive experience. However, this stay was disappointing. I hope you will review this matter seriously.

Location was good. And staff are decent. Too much noise in the room due to club next door. Also due to traffic on the road. Cannot consider this to be a 5 star property if they can’t guarantee silence and peace in the room.

Got upgraded to suite. So it was nice. The initial room that was provided didn't had a tub in it although I had specifically booked for a room with tub in it. Then, someone at the front office upgraded me to suite with tub.

The location wasn't the best for walkability, but we still made it work by foot and there is a metro stop close by.

The staff were so incredible, the dining experience was pretty good, rooms were clean, I don’t have anything negative to say about this place. Location is also great. The staff were all so incredibly kind and one time we didn’t have local cash to pay our uber and the staff were able to help us out in a pinch and bill that to our final bill instead. Amazing experience and would highly recommend. I have nothing negative to say
