While agreed it’s a 5-star property, the facilities that came with the room for the price I paid, were not justified.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding hospitality I experienced during my recent stay at the Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore. The level of service your team provided was truly exceptional, making my time in Bangalore incredibly comfortable and memorable. Your staff consistently went above and beyond, but I was especially blown away when I requested a specific TV channel to watch the World Cup match. Instead of a standard refusal, the team immediately subscribed and added it to the channel list. This exceptional responsiveness far exceeded my expectations. I would like to recognize the following team members who made a significant impact on my stay: Front Desk Team: Ali, Aiysha, Niranjan, Vijesh, Kivi, Nidhi, Namrata, Vaishnavi, and Khushboo – thank you for your warm welcomes, flawless efficiency, and attentive care throughout my visit. Leadership & Management: - Mr. Rahul Sharma – Food and Beverage Manager - Ms. Neha Yadav – AFOM - Mr. Sumender Kumar – Director of Rooms Culinary Team: Chef Chandra Kant and Chef Shreey – thank you for the exceptional dining quality and outstanding care. Dining & Restaurant Team: Mawi, Trishna, Usha, Priya, Wati, Ketcha, Mr. Biswajit, Roshan, Varshitha, Nile, Joseph, Nikhil, and Chinmay – thank you for the wonderful service and remarkable hospitality during my meals. Security Guard Team: Thank you for being exceptionally friendly and welcoming in your daily interactions while maintaining the highest safety standards and executing your duties without ever compromising on the quality of checkups. Fitness Center (Gym) Team: Mr. Kalyan, Ms. Monica, and Ms. Januka – thank you for your professionalism and for ensuring a great wellness environment. Every single one of these individuals is an asset to the Hyatt brand. Please convey my deepest gratitude to them for their dedication and top-tier service. I look forward to returning to Hyatt Centric MG Road, Bangalore on my next trip. While the mosquitoes in the outdoor areas were a bit of a challenge after the rain, I completely understand this is a matter of the city environment and largely uncontrollable; I was deeply impressed by how quickly and proactively the hotel team addressed it.

We were elated with the generous room upgrade. The staff are extremely courteous - right from the front desk to the restaurant. Their Guest Relation Officer - Ms. Aiysha, is extremely kind and helpful.

It is not spacious

The breakfast was amazing, the facilities also amazing with very helful and nice staff, the rooms comfortable and new. Would definitely stay again here if I was in Bangalore The rooms are a little small. The location is great but it can be caotic to come and go if there are traffic jams.

Location and a very eager to please subordinate staff Capacity deficit in service staff, didn’t see any supportive supervision and faulty equipment in the room. On day one the check in was smooth and was told that my luggage will be delivered to the room and we could call the reception if we needed anything. Luggage didn’t arrive and the phone was not working, so had to personally go down to get my luggage. Our phone and tv in the room malfunctioned every single day of our stay there. In the restaurant, it was difficult to even find someone who understood what was lactose intolerance, forget about having an option for lactose free desserts. Certainly didn’t expect this from a 5 star property and that too Hyatt.

The comfortable bed, cute room and accessible location None

No variety of food, repeated menu for almost 2days including breakfast just giving excuse LPG shortage staff's are lazy , same repeated food though rated 5star. Rooms are to small for the money we pay.

Outstanding service I did not realize that it was a budget hotel. The rooms were small.

Great Staff small rooms

Staff from restaurant, check in check out were attentive friendly and genuinely hospitable. Had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it. Nothing to not like they made feel welcome after a lot of travel in India it makes a big difference to have a welcoming staff that want to genuinely make you’re stay comfortable

Room and shower are good, happy they provide lots of free water Service in Restaurant was slow and not attentive of the tables, dirty dishes, lack of cutlery etc. ..they were nice and friendly but maybe they were overloaded I made the mistake of returning to the hotel at the time of closing the nightclub after an airport pickup, massive crowd of rowdy drunk males outside in hotel grounds and waiting for the lifts.. seemed out of control.. my wife was very scared.

The staff were very friendly and helpful starting right from security to reception staff to room service. Service with a smile. An Intern Siva was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. He would be a great asset to your team. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Buffet breakfast had a great spread of food ..loved it. Not applicable
