Just the location Run down hotel. Had stayed her about 9 years ago when it had just opened, was amazing at the time This hotel has so much potential, but no one seems to care, or they are waiting to get acquired No proper cleanliness No dedicated restaurant Food at the mall restaurant is below average Staff is largely untrained

Hotel is in prime location and breakfast buffet options were good Bathroom wasnt that great/clean. Bed wasnt so comfortable.

Location and Cleanliness!!!!…. No bellboy, no one at the gym for monitoring and no water or towels at the gym…Completely abandoned which is very risky!!!…Also, they feel very understaffed with no assistance for luggage

Location was good. Being next to the malls was convenient. Hotel looks fancier in pictures. In person it looks like a cheap attempt at making it look fancy. The shower was impossible to get the right temperature because it kept fluctuating from boiling to freezing without touching the controls. The staff wouldn't replace or leave spare shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. The toilet paper would also not be replaced or restocked (you only the tp roll in use and nothing more, no matter how little was left in that roll). The only time they would leave new toiletries was if you clearly had finished the one in use.

I liked the location. and the rooms were clean and spacious. It is very convenient. The morning breakfast is very simple. I didn’t enjoy the breakfast even though I took the stay including breakfast.

Great Location with 2 malls and lot of good places to eat close by. Staff is courteous. The staff tries hard to create and portray at 5 star feel however it is at best a 3 star hotel. The breakfast is average.

Breakfast is very simple and most of the items are Indian items. and everyday same items. The hotel was actually very good. Rooms are spacious. But facilities in the rooms are minimal. Do not like the interior of the rooms.

Loved the ambience. From my many trips to the UK, it gave me the vibe of being in a Staycity Hotel. The wallpapers and decor were subtle and gave an English feel. Loved the racks with books. The Living Room / lobby was replete with a fireplace. Nice. Very warm and cordial staff. Special mention and thanks to Richard. Good breakfast spread. -

The location was good and the staff was good and responsive. The room was very cold and looked like the thermostat was not working. I was surprised that the staff also did not know how to operate it and fix the problem. A couple of folks tried and gave explanation of - give it an hour - it will go up. The temp would not go above 20.5 degree C - did not matter whatsoever they tried. There were no instructions to operate the thermostat - but i managed to turn it off so the cold air would stop. Also the rooms were a little dated. The rooftop bar that they advertised a lot was closed - which was disappointing. Breakfast had a good spread but stuff was cold. The wait staff was good and quite responsive to our asks.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They definitely went out of their way to help us with various requests. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped with most amenities one expects in a good hotel. Room service was good too. Food portion size are large for 2 at least. The best thing we liked was the location. It right in between 2 big malls. Phoenix and Lulu. There was everything within 2 mins distance that we required. So did not travel more than 500 mtrs. We were focused more on spending quality time with our parents as we were for just 2 days. -
