Literally nothing I liked during my stay with this hotel. I had asked for a non smoking room but the entire floor was having cigarette smoke smell. I asked the staffs to get a room spray which they never brought in my entire stay. We booked for three persons and they don't provide extra bed so we had sleep on the carpet. I asked for water and they delivered it after 45 mins. Their parking is the worst one you can ever witness, their parking is behind the hotel and it needs to be reached via a small street and their staffs won't even help you. I had to literally park the car outside walk around and reach the parking and then took d tour to come back to the parking. Once I had parked the car and when I came back to take few items from the car I could see 4-5 stray dogs fighting near my car and they had made scratches on my car. Upon questioning the staffs they are saying it's not their problem. There is no security for the parking so if something happens to your car then the hotel won't be responsible. So please don't go in car to the hotel. They have written that they provide valet parking but once I reached the hotel they denied that facility. Highly unorganised and unresponsive people working in the hotel. One of my worst ever hotel stay experience ever. I would have given zero but it's not possible with booking.com. Literally a bad hotel and not suitable for family. Only corporate employees can go here. And don't believe their parking facility it's highly unsafe and unmanned so it's your own risk to park there literally. Very very very bad hotel. It will be situated behind a bus stop and highly inaccessible.
