The property is in a great location and is very easy to access. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and kind. However, the hotel would benefit from some renovations, as certain areas of the rooms are showing signs of wear. The bed and linens were clean and well-maintained. I would especially like to thank the Front Office Manager, Shantanu, who was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. Thank you, Shantanu, for your excellent support and hospitality. Wifi issue, multiple disconnections / bathroom needs more cleaning

I can only bring one topics to be highlighted - the IT manager who is competent and he knows his job very well and helped to fix Wifi because another team disconnected the Wifi in my room while I just asked to turn on the Netflix. First of all, the hotel does not fullfill requirements of 5stars hotels, and the prices are not unproportionate to the conditions! Secondly, the stuff either does not speak english or if does, they do not do what they say they will do so its very annoying

Location was good. Breakfast and other meals (Lunch & Dinner) was very good. Food menu changes everyday. All the hotel staff were great. Good hostility, friendly and willing to help with all our reasonable request. Unfortunately, after we had check-in the front desk informed us that the water heater system was down, and there will be no supply of hot water in the entire hotel. However, they were able to provide 1 bucket of hot water if we require, at anytime of the day which they fulfilled.
