Food can be improved. The tea that was ordered for room service got spoiled within half an hour. I called the room service. The person on the other end just said ok we will send another batch. Instead better check before service will help The window could not be closed and they had to send a person who fixed the window. So the follow up of the complaint was good. But they should check the room before allotting to the guest

Prime location. Hotel Room was clean & Reception Staff helpful and supportive for Check IN. Vehicle Parking area was limited.Only few cars can be parked outside Hotel.

Very clean and well-maintained rooms with excellent air conditioning. The front desk and room service staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Ms. Nagarani (I hope I got her name right) was especially pleasant and welcoming. The location is excellent—right on MG Road, with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The food served was exceptionally tasty and satisfying.

A special shout out to the General Manager Chandra ji for all his help provided for the logistics pertinent to an international traveler. Another special shoutout to the security guard for his friendly ways and sweetest smile. The hotel is ideally located to nearby restaurants and shops...a most welcome relief for a tired traveler who needs to do some quick easy shopping. Kudos to all the staff for their courtesy, professionalism and helpful ways. It was definitely appreciated. An added bonus was the food. It was always well prepared.

The staff was very good, I travelled alone so at first i was quite concerned but thery made my stay very comfortable and it was very safe feeling. It was my first time in the city but they made everything easier and took care very well like family members..I stayed there for 15 days and it was all excellent. from receptionists to housekeeping to kitchen staff to every other staff everyone was so good so polite and very very helpful.
