Location & comfort. Cleanliness - No one came to clean room for 2 days & water bottles were not in stock to give in hotel rooms.

External appearance. Bed was comfortable 1. Cleanliness. Not cleaned , no daily cleaning, no room service. 2. Bathroom taps , showers rusted and fungus formed. 3. Telephone not working.
