The room was a good size, had nice amenities for making tea and coffee, and the large bed was always tidy and clean. I also really liked the gym, as it was clean and had a good variety of equipment. There was ongoing renovation at the hotel, which wasn't disclosed at the time of booking—I only found out upon arrival and had to endure the disruptive noise throughout the day. This was despite my expectation of arriving at the hotel after a long journey and being able to rest to prepare for work the following days. Additionally, for the last three days, the bathroom water had a very foul smell, akin to sewage—I couldn't even bring myself to brush my teeth with it. To top it off, I placed a food order that was supposed to be delivered to my room but never made it there—the front desk staff claimed it hadn't arrived at the hotel and were not very helpful in resolving the issue.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff who are very attentive to guest needs. Breakfast to die for, mix of European continental and tasty Indian. Italian restaurant was fantastic and authentic. Everything about the hotel made for a memorable stay, from the relaxing lounge music in the lobby to high-spec rooms and views over Bangalore. The hot shower needs special mention! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will look to return soon. The buffet at M Cafe was bit expensive for what was on offer.

Essentially a business hotel . Inspite of having all the facilities required , entrance area looks sleepy. Breakfast spread and service both are awesome. Rooms are a regular 5 star set up. Nothing to complain but nothing extraordinary also.

The dinner buffet had alot of options. But the M cafe was pretty hot when eating in there for all the meals. Should fix the AC in there. The front desk staff are very quick in fixing any issues raised. They look after you well, especially the duty manager, Chaitanya. Appreciate the night staff delivering milk to the room for my son. The restaurant manager, when having breakfast keeps speaking to my wife in hindi even when she said she didn’t understand. Just because i speak hindi well, does not mean everyone in the family does. The restaurant staff need to be more attentive during meal times and not serving the wrong orders. The valet parking guys parked our car outdoors for the night and it made it too hot for my young son to sit in it, we had to wait for it to cool when we were ready to go out for our appointment. Definitely need some common sense and not say to us that we came back past 9pm so they parked the car outdoors in the heat.
