The hotel is located in a small street (full of rubbish) next to the main road, and crossing the road is not an easy task for a foreigner. The cleanliness could be better but it was still okay.

Not as same as pictures. Bathroom gets messy just after one shower. The room was clean but not as clean as any hotel in Europe. Not recommended is you are coming from EU.

It’s a very old property, very much dingy, rooms having dingy dark interiors, poor bathroom conditions Even though bookings clearly says two people, there was a single bath towel, no hand towel. No other amenities. One small AC working to cool down a huge space. Charged us a bomb for water bottles. Pretty pathetic.

This is the second time we booked this hotel, purely because of its location. However, the experience was better this time. The room was better than last time. Apart from initial hiccups to get our room serviced, we had a pleasant stay. We also tried the in-room dining this time around, and liked the food too. The manager during the morning shift accommodated to our requests. We booked a double bedroom for two adults, but the supplies in the room (towel, water bottle, dental kit, etc.) was provided for only one adult. We had to call the reception 4 times to get things right.
