Nothing Twin Bed confirmed when booking but not provided even not one single spoon not available in the hotel no kattle non cooperative staff very bad experience

AC remote not working properly The fan could not be rotated as knob missing The free breakfast on on terrace and no lift to reach comfortably The service guy disappeared on seeing us . Nothing was hot and poor display of items Lot sound on the road could not sleep. Atleast there should have installed sound proof glass The worst part is upholstery is dirty and only one towel - which still more dirty No tooth paste or brush Bathroom tiles work was good Solar water is nice Front display board of hotel name is not prominent. We have missed twice and made two rounds to reach the hotel. The name should have been prominently written as " Treebo The White Inn" but it's written The White Inn has confused us as we looking at the as captioned Treebo . We reached at night 12.30 but reached the place at 12. We had been searching the hotel The hotel is not looked after well You can change more money and converted the entire ground floor into reception/ breakfast/ restaurant activity.

Location I arrived the hotel after around 5 hours of driving, reached around 21:00. We booked for 1 night to see if the hotel is good to stay. We checked in and went for dinner. We were so tired so we hurried back to hotel, tried to get a good sleep. The room was so dusty that it ruined the sleep. Whole night i was not able to sleep because of dust in the room. It was late and we were too tired so i thought to stay. Also the toilet was also not cleaned well. We didn't extend our stay, changed to another hotel. I would say that the hotel doesn't look too old, once cleaned and maintained, it will be a good hotel.

Except the location.....nothing much. Rooms were clean . No room service. No kettle for tea and coffee which was there earlier. Complimentary breakfast was missing as cook went missing.

Breakfast was okay. The staff were very polite and helpful. It was not as clean as I had expected. Improvement needed in that department.

Wifi good, Empire restaurant opposite with good nonveg food, Fatima bakery where good snacks available, only one Suhail with apprentice Gaurav toiling to make our stay comfortable, Suresh/night reception helped to organise breakfast from outside for us. Hotel approx 25rooms managed by just 3 staff, soiled bed sheets, no white clean sheets in entire hotel, staircase littered with soiled bed sheets, half eaten meals, first day threat of no breakfast, few satellite channels, remote for tv not working, breakfast area-terrace with more dirty/half eaten dishes, last 2days they bought outside soap for bath, no sugar free alternatives, almost a SHAM for a hotel. SIDHARTH/Treebo should visit it. He may die of coronary for his name is being smeared. A Simran in BLR wanted me in Mumbai to ask hotel person Ali in BLR to update my payment in your computer. Totally insane. IT WAS A MINUS STAR HOTEL

Nothing. No Breakfast as promised by you. What is there in the photos were totally opsite. Room & bead spreads are not changed. No water in the room.
