Nothing : I was not allowed to stay, as this hotel doesn't accept reservations from booking.com The service of Booking.com, who didn't have a clue of what may happen to a traveller with an eye condition when he is denied a stay after a long journey from a different part of the country

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Particularly the guy named Adarsh at the desk, he handled everything very smoothly and gave superv support. Provided useful information about the city, that made my time in this city very smooth.. I asked them to provide breakfast but they said it's not available if I used bookings.com.

They charged us for the breakfast, because we booked through booking.com. They said if we booked directly we could have got free breakfast at the same rate we paid. Not very happy about that.

The room was very spacious, and location was very accessible... The toilet was spotless too. The bedsheets and blanket was clean yet old and tattered.
