Location was great but the hotel was ok Rooms are small and the breakfast was bad. they put an egg and bread in a plate and served it in our room.

Location close to MG road. Pharmacy nearby, food nearby. No laundary on site, however Royal Rinse Dry Cleaning is 2 mins walk, turnaround is 1-2 days. Next door is a girls hostel, lots of ppl in the alley way, noisy until 11-midnight.

Nothing They took the booking and sent the booking confirmation and when I was about to reach the hotel they informed us saying the room has been extended by the previous person so they cannot accommodate us

The location is the only good thing, as it was close to my office. Apart from that, the entire experience was disappointing and not worth the trouble. I would not recommend this hotel. I booked this hotel for 2–3 December 2025, but I stayed only on the 3rd because I was arriving early morning. I booked one extra day only to avoid check-in issues, since their normal check-in time is 2 pm. I informed them many times that I would reach on 3rd early morning. Even after all that, when I reached at 9 am, they did not have the room ready. They made me wait 15–20 minutes while they cleaned it. It felt like they had given the room to someone else and rushed to prepare it after I arrived. This was unacceptable, especially when they already knew my timing well in advance. I had to reach office by 10 am, so their carelessness forced me to rush, skip breakfast, and start the day in a stressful way. The room I finally got was very small. I am not sure if it was even the same category that I booked. The bathroom was smelly and clearly not cleaned properly.
