Location, cleanliness, polite staff

The location is superb. Only point is that you either have to order food from outside or go down for food. Even for breakfast, you have to move out. The plus point is that all restaurants are in walking distance. All ok

The staff was friendly and helpful. Mr Bunty was always helpful and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The property is only 5 minutes walk to the busy Brigade and church street. This hotel is value for money. A bit noisy during weekends as hotel is near main road.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the staff friendly and the location very convenient. Also, they have a pub with delicious (Indian and western) food and beer at the bottom of the building.

Location was excellent. So many restaurants nearby, and walkable. Brigade road was a short distance too. The rooms were modern and neatly maintained. Nagarjuna restaurant across the road was excellent too. So many food options around. The entrance to the hotel and reception was a bit tricky to find. The signboard was very small and difficult to find.

Clean linen even the pillow insert were clean. Some may find little noisy if their room is by street

staff very helpful. Room and Bed Clean. Decent restauraunt below too. No real lobby nor common space. Nothing on ground floor except entrance.

The location and the features of the room Accessibility to the facility was quite narrow with no place to park your vehicle and unload your luggage. Totally dependent on the staff to help move the Luggage. The reception was at another level and not at ground level and had to go there for registration. I stopped at the reception and requested for bottled water, the staff said it will be sent to the room and no one showed up, I finally went out to purchase my own water. The TV remote was dead and I had to ask in the reservation for hem to sort it out. The only way to reach the reception is by dialing 9 and not by clicking on the reception button on the phone. This would be better if this notice is made available in the room.

Everything absolutely!!! No complains! Loved them Nothing they are great!

Unfortunately they do not serve breakfast. However there is an Udipi restaurant right next door which has great food , economical pricing and quick (self) service. For those who want choice, there were also several other options. Also staff were friendly and very helpful and even helped us avoid an Uber scam ! Nothing really to complain about.

Ac wasn’t working properly

Value for the money in the heat of the city. Lots of shops and restaurants.

My room was wonderful! It was spacious, clean, and the WiFi was great. Loved my view too! Nothing.

The decor was so clean and modern. For the value, the room was excellent and very comfortable. Pelican Inn has set the bar quite high up for me. I am telling all my friends and family who are traveling through Bangalore to stay at Pelican Inn. The location was excellent. Walking distance to all things exciting and fun. It was surrounded by lots and lots of great food options. The mural on the wall of the building is so cool. I wish I had more time in Bangalore. Can't wait to come back to Bangalore and stay at Pelican Inn again.

The location is great with all shops, restaurants and malls nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, bathroom was neat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing to mention

We stayed in a premium suite for two days . Lift is under repair. It is very difficult.
