Breakfast was good, but as we were for 6 days were expecting more varieties but taste was very nice We booked room for 3 people first they gave us small room not according to picture shown in the book my show but later when i said that i don;t want that room so they changed to the other room which was good

We stayed at Ayra for 6 nights. The staff was amazing, always ready to help, they gave us water bottles and towels every time we requested it. The hotel had a good location, there was no noise at night. The property is located very near to a mall and there are several restaurants, pharmacies and bakeries nearby. We took two rooms, in one room we had a big bathroom and a living room which was amazing. On the contrary, the other room’s bathroom was quite small but still clean. 1. We booked 2 rooms for 7 people and on arrival they said that only 4 people’s breakfast was included and we had to pay for 3 people extra (i.e INR 350 per person per day). The breakfast was only suitable for vegetarians and had very few items available which wasn’t very convenient for us so we ended up skipping breakfast at the hotel. 2. Since we booked for 7 people, they had to give us 3 extra beds. At our dismay, we were given very flat mattresses which was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. It’s as if we were sleeping on the floor.

Decent, neat and clean rooms Ac cooling was not working in both the rooms that we had checked in. Had to change room in middle of night for one of our co worker due to cooling problem.

Dispite booking from booking.com I received a call from hotel to pay advance for this booking . As in my booking I was clearly mentioned that I have to pay at hotel counter.
