The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even the people in the restaurant, Melanie and Shanker, they were fantastic. I wish there was no platform near the window as it made the room smaller

The food was good. But what made it exceptional was the staff.

Staff very efficient, breakfast excellent as usual, bed and pillows made for restful sleep, hot showers. Initially room appeared dirty around the edges, but this was corrosion of the marble because of the cleaning agents used. Metro being built just outside and venue will be much better when completed. Toilet seat loose.

Excellent breakfast and tasty dishes. As you like they can prepare for you also. This is really good. They are very friendly to co-operate with you and make you them order for dish preparation. The location is acceptable, and it is walking distance from Hilton. I like this Hotel very much because staff co-operation friendly, breakfast is excellent, and acceptable cost for their buffet with several dishes. Therefore, make me pleasure and comfortable to stay there. Area of one person in a room was very good.

I did not like anything in this hotel. It was way below my expectations. I had requested for a king size bed and they provided me first with a twin bed room for a single person with no information on check in. Afterwards they provided a king size bed room which was weird in shape. There was a big pillar in between next to the bed and the master switch was on that side which means you have to close the light from there and walk to the other side to get onto the bed. The breakfast was also not great where the toaster took more than 5 minutes to toast bread which would toast only on one side. The staff in the breakfast area were not professional The front desk was also not very helpful with requests. The location is the worst as it is in the peak traffic and construction area. There is no parking available so you have to wait another 10 minutes for the cab to reach you once you are in the lobby.

nice comfortable room. The bed pushed up against the window was an amazing surprise the restaurant staff were blank. The first day breakfast we got a hair in the egg, Same night we ordered dinner and half the things were not available. we got burnt spring rolls which they replaced and semi cooked rice. 2nd day breakfast we kepyt waiting for grilled potatoes which never came to us

Bath room wash sink was blocked, took long time to empty.

Location - horrible traffic due to road and metro construction is on going. Outside hotel is too dusty. Only one Resturant in the hotel which get closed after breakfast and opens only for lunch. You have to go out to have food between 11 to 12.30.

Restaurant service was pathetic and spa is not professional

Cleanness and comfortable stay

For the most bike, the room were basic and sufficient. There was some small problems, but the front desk fixed it. Cleanliness of the food facilities and staff could be improved. Communication and customer friendliness could also be better. Definitely a long way to go for Radisson brand.

The restaurant upstairs was very good. The room was also excellent. The breakfast was HORRIFIC! Not clean, lack of options and manager was not very good; the other staff was fine.

Good location and some of the staff members are very friendly Water accumulate in bath room dry area, I believe this can be fixed easily
