The hotel was clean and the staff was polite and friendly, & Guest oriented. Food was excellent . The location is also very good nearer to Railway station. Rooms were neat and clean . It was an excellent stay

This hotel was way cleaner than any other I have been in India. I have chosen this hotel randomly. Upon arrival, I noticed clean glass walls and doors. The room was very nice, spacious, and with a comfortable bed. I was supplied with a large quantity of bottled water, which was very useful.

Staff service was great. I was travelling solo and it was a great environment. Breakfast was simple and tasty. I had some strange requests (e.g. adaptor for square pin plug) and the staff obliged with a smile. Thanks for the pleasant stay to all

The room was clean, and met my expectations. I really liked the touch of adding the kettle in the room. It came in very handy. The washroom was very clean and tidy, water heater was available, shower towels were provided.

Location is okay !! Accept location nothing !! Maybe because we were the only guests it seems, in the whole hotel and renovation work is on , except our room , they shouldn't take booking in this condition , the room which was given to us saying this is the only room they kept for you us, was full of cockroaches, the bathroom was very very small , the toilet flush not working properly, inshort the room given to us didn't even have proper window view I would have cancelled the booking but already paid the advance and we were there for only a night we just slept through Avoid for now at least , don't pay in advance to reach there and check the condition first .. The staff behaviour is good but the physical condition of the hotel is not at all good

Room is not at all clean with full of bedbugs. not suitable for a descent stay. I could not stay there and they did not refund the amount telling that I have already checked in. I hardly spend 10 minutes in the room.

The location was very nice accessible to everything including restaurants, shops and bus connectivity. The hotel was very clean and the check in and checkout process was smooth.
