Location was great. The room itself was good - clean and comfortable. The staff was not friendly nor attentive at all. At least 3 times I walked in an the worker was sitting in a chair with his back to the door, not once ever even greeting or looking to see who is coming in. I could have brought in 3-4 visitors and never would have been seen. Also, I wrote earlier about a little earlier check-in and when I arrived, he said he could not do, even though my response said early arrival was approved. He said, "That is Booking.com giving approval not us." I said, "NO, messages are from the hotel and not Booking.com." He stopped arguing after that but was not friendly at all.

Excellent stay, excellent hospitality, moreover very flexible and understanding staff. The room felt like an apartment with facility for working and all necessary requirements. It's also not far from metro and major railway stations. This would be my place to stay on Bangalore from now
