Terrible experience with staff. Staff was adamant on seeing hard copies of ID and unwilling to use the printer that lay next to them. We were forced to go out and get prints and after two hours of harassment, were finally provided the rooms. One of the rooms had no water supply.

Its somewhat clean. They did not give room.. They told there is no room available for the tstiff listed in booking.com They chsrged extra money and thenly gave the room

Staff is very rude. Morning 4.30 am when I asked to check-in staff didn’t bother anything about me. Worst worst behaviour. Without any option after lot of request he gave a room.. worst Character.. no value for customer in this hotel.

location TV,WIFI ,AC should work for such high price .check in time was 12-11am it seems ..so i paid extra 1000 to stay for few hours
